This stunning Strawflower produces masses of beautiful rustic papery blooms in the darkest shades of merlot. The flowers grow on tall, strong stems. Also known as Paper Daisy, it is one the the easiest and most rewarding flowers to grow. An absolute favourite flower for drying and using in cut flower arrangements.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Start seeds indoors. Surface sow your seeds onto moist, well drained seed raising mix and pat down gently. Do not cover as these need light to germinate. Place in a warm position. Keep moist using a mist spray bottle. Water your from underneath. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle. Harden off and transplant outdoors after all danger of frost has passed. Space 30cm apart.
