Black Cloud is a stunning Poppy that produces a profusion of enormous, mostly fully double, dark chocolate maroon coloured blooms. These magnificent paeony like flowers bloom over a long period of time. They look spectacular planted en masse and they also produce lovely seed pods that can be dried. A magical flower for the cutting garden. 

CAUTION: All parts of this plant including the seeds are poisonous to humans and animals. Not to be eaten.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Start seeds indoors in trays or sow direct into garden beds or pots. Sow seeds on well drained, quality seed raising mix and cover with a light sprinkling of soil to about 2mm deep. Water thoroughly. Plant out seedlings when large enough to handle and after danger of frost has passed.. Take extra care not to disturb roots. Keep moist.
