Peppermint is native to Europe and the Middle East and is a cross between water mint and spearmint. It produces attractive dark green leaves that have a lovely, strong menthol flavour. Used medicinally for centuries, it also makes a refreshing and soothing tea.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
Sow direct into garden beds, pots or punnets. Sprinkle seeds onto surface of moist, well drained soil and press seeds down gently. Water punnets from tray with water underneath. Keep moist. Does not take well to being transplaned. Thin seedlings out to 30cm apart.
