Lemon balm, also known as Melissa has been cultivated for over 2000 years. This ancient medicinal and culinary herb has a gorgeous lemon scent and flavour. It is also excellent for attracting bees to the garden. Lemon Balm makes a delicious, calming herbal tea. The leaves are best used fresh.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
Sow direct into garden beds or pots or start seeds indoors. Sow seeds 2mm deep in well drained soil and keep moist. Seedlings can be transplanted at 6 to 8 leaf stage. Space plants 40cm apart.
