Native to Canada, Spotted Bee Balm is a beautiful, aromatic herb with distinct flowers of pale pink and cream. A variation of traditional Bergamot or Scarlet Bee Balm, the delightfully fragrant flowers and leaves have been used medicinally for centuries. It makes a lovely soothing herbal tea commonly known as Oswego Tea.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS
Sow direct into moist garden beds or pots in well drained soil. Cover with a light sprinkling of soil and press in gently. Keep soil moist. Space young plants approx. 45-60cm apart.
